The Silver Estates Timber Harvest Plan (THP) covers 224 acres just half-a-mile from downtown Guerneville. It is bounded by Neeley Road, Mays Canyon Road, the Bohemian Grove, and the Russian River. The site includes Neeley Hill and the Silver Grove (home to the 2,000 year old Clar redwood tree.)
